A leading water purifier brand sought a smarter packaging solution for its home installation model involving multiple product variants. Mutual Industries Limited designed customized reusable Echo Boxes that protected the products during transit while enabling packaging recovery after installation.

The Challenge

The brand's home installation model meant that packaging was being discarded at customer locations after every delivery — generating significant single-use packaging waste and high recurring packaging procurement costs across thousands of installations per month.
