The Challenge

Wooden pallets required ISPM-15 heat treatment compliance for export shipments, adding cost and lead time. Non-standard sizes led to product shifting during transit, and inconsistent supplier quality affected packaging reliability across export batches.

The Solution

Unlike conventional wooden pallets, the Echo Pallets offered flexibility in size customization along with consistent manufacturing quality. Extensive trials were conducted, and the pallets successfully achieved a static load capacity of up to 800 kgs.
